Finding her passion in makeup artistry, Toni P. De Oliveira embarks on her journey as a makeup artist in 2007; the same year she has founded Toni P. Makeup and Hair Design, her business, where she specializes in Weddings, Pageants, Proms, and Special Occasion Makeovers. She has also received her makeup certification from Susan Page Modeling before eventually becoming the lead instructor for the same company. Her passion and confidence in makeup, then, has transcended her work. She has been learning more, working alongside some of the world’s top photographers, celebrity stylists, and event coordinators for print work, fashion shows, publications, and events. Most notably, she has worked many times during New York’s Fashion Week as a makeup artist as well as working closely with Kini Zamora, a Project Runway All-Star and fashion designer from Hawai’i, as the lead makeup artist for his company. With all that experience and as she has developed her personal, creative style, she is recognized as one of Hawaii’s most sought after makeup artist.

After 11 years of sharing her love of makeup artistry in the islands, she now resides in Las Vegas to expand the knowledge and growth of the art. In 2019 she attended Euphoria Beauty Institute of Arts and Science receiving her license in Esthetics.

Her diverse background of growing up in Hawai’i, various experiences and candor enable her to bring a person’s inner beauty and individuality. She asserts, “When you put God first in everything you do, whether it’s your business or personal life, ALL things are possible.”
